Order Processing (All Orders)
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Delays & Non-Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

No refunds will be issued for orders that are still within the stated shipping timeframes above.

We do not issue refunds for delays that fall within the expected delivery windows (U.S. or international).

Filing a chargeback for an order that is still within the stated delivery timeframe is considered a violation of this policy.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide this policy, tracking information, and proof of shipment to the payment processor as evidence that the order is still in transit within the agreed timeframe.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

Refunds will not be issued until the item is returned, and shipping fees are non-refundable
